The sample involved the respondents from illicit drug control institutions namely: Police Force, Immigration Departments, Division of Public Persecutions, Prison Service, and Customs, the Commission for the Coordination of Drugs Control Tanzania, and the National Coordination and Drugs Control Zanzibar. The study employed qualitative approach.
