    The social survey in connection with the master plan for the new national capital at Dodoma requested by the capital development authority in may 7th 1974, was to be undertaken in two parts: part A: The socioeconomic characteristics of civil servants to be moved to Dodoma part B: the same characteristics of the population of Dodoma the work of part A started at the end of May 1974 and preliminary draft report appeared at the end of July 1974.
